Delivery &
Installation
PŌRTAL offers free curbside delivery on all products within Denmark. The following should be in place before our arrival.
Foundation
Indicative cost · €1200 – €1.800
A level, load-bearing base sized to the unit with 5 cm clearance all round. Where no terrace exists, ground screws give a stable, long-lasting base while preserving the natural site.
Access
A passable route at least 3.5 m wide. We unload at the curb or nearest reachable point - please let us know in advance of low gates, narrow streets or soft ground.
Lifting
Indicative cost · €800 – €1.200
The product arrives fully assembled. A crane, telehandler, or equivalent lifting equipment must be on site to move the unit from our truck to its final placement.
If no lifting equipment is present on the day of delivery, the unit will return with us and re-delivery is charged. We work with local crane operators and can provide recommendations.
Power
Indicative cost · €300 – €700
A licensed electrician makes the final connection. Scope depends on your chosen heater and the distance to the panel - a short visit in most cases.
Every site is different.
Some clients prefer to arrange the practical details themselves. Others want a turn-key solution.
